According to the D.o.R.A. Web site, Wilmot entered into an Agency Stipulation 4/22/2010
characterized as "Cannot Practice." The Stipulation was held in abeyance and terminated
on 5/27/2010 with a
Summary Suspension.
Wilmot was found unfit to practice, following,
among other things, his confession to Colorado
Springs Police that he felt he needed to kill
his client.
