Memorandum dated February 15, 2002 : from Assistant Regulation Counsel Luain T. Hensel:

 

“There is insufficient evidence to allow us to prove your allegation that Mr. Hunter violated Colo. RPC 3.6 by clear and convincing evidence . . . As you are aware, the comment must be one which has a substantial likelihood of materially prejudicing an adjudicative proceeding in the matter. Unfortunately, there has been no such adjudicative proceeding in the Ramsey case . . . For the above reasons. this office has determined that the information you provided does not set forth facts which, if proved, would constitute grounds for the imposition of discipline . . . ”
